This Privacy Policy describes how DispatchPro (the "App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. DispatchPro serves as a dedicated portal for commercial traders and transporters to place bids, manage orders, submit dispatch receipts, record vehicle tracking details, and coordinate delivery states with the SugarFactory operational suite. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information Collection & Use

2.1 Account Profile Information

To access the marketplace and dispatch tools, users must sign up or register. We collect:

Your registered email address and basic profile information.
Contact and business details (e.g., transporter name, company name, address books, profile metadata).

2.2 Commercial Transaction Data

We process commercial operational records necessary to complete dispatch requests, including:

Tender & Bidding Records: Bids placed, historical bids, quantities requested (in QTL), and offered prices.
Payment Proofs: UTR reference numbers and uploaded payment receipts/proof images used to confirm advance RTGS clearings with the factory.

2.3 Dispatch & Logistics Data

To assign cargo space, verify transport units at factory gates, and coordinate with drivers, we collect:

Vehicle Identification: Assigned truck registration numbers.
Driver Logistics: Driver name, assigned driver phone number, and physical quantity shipped.
Destination Details: Consignee billing and delivery addresses, and customer GSTIN details to populate legally compliant Tax Invoices.

3. Third-Party Services

All operational data is safely managed using secure cloud backend services (Nhost and Hasura GraphQL Engine). Your commercial trade records, payment proofs, and vehicle logs are never shared with or sold to outside advertising or data broker firms.

4. Security and Data Protection

We implement robust, industry-standard administrative and technical security measures to safeguard your commercial transactions and driver listings from unauthorized access. Since this is an enterprise-facing B2B application, we encourage keeping all accounts protected by strong passwords.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

You retain full control over your business data. Transporters and buyers can update their listings, profiles, or completely delete their account history at any time by contacting our support team.
